It depends on how much you spend to reach people, the more you spend amount the more people gets reach.
But facebook allows only post which can be posted on it. if your post is against Facebook Terms & Conditions then it wont allow you to post nor publish your content.

Then through that you can maintain your account by posting valuable content with good quality pictures. On twitter we get sports, politics, entertainment, news etc., Only the twitter user can post or send message. The one with unregistered twitter can only view a post or see a posts but cannot get interact with anybody. Here on twitter users can send only short messages to each other.
LinkedIn : LinkedIn is a social networking site designed specifically for the business community. The goal of the site is to allow registered members to establish and document networks of people they know and trust professionally .
